Leaking Radiator and Broken Fan Cowl - '86 Lotus Turbo Esprit

Symptoms:

Leaking coolant and overheating when driving slowly or stopped.

 
Removing Radiator and Mouse Nest.

Fan Cowl broken - Rivets & Clips missing - Fans not pulling air through Radiator.
Everything broken and corroded - one Fan not functional.

 

Solution:

New Radiator core - Three rows!

Epoxy repair of Fan Cowl. Attaching Cowl to Radiator Frame with S/S Bolts.

 

 
Back together.

Fans Cowl repaired - Extra Rivets - Bolts with lock nuts replace clips.
Three row Radiator is wider - New straps made to accommodate.
