The Radiator Fan Motors were unrepairable.

The Headlight Pod Motors were easily cleaned and repaired.

This is all that was found of the Steering Rack Bushing. Somehow it disintegrated!

No worries, made a new one from Delrin.

The Radiator and Frame were bent, but the fiberglass Radiator Duct is undamaged (?).

Better than new. :)

The original fan motors would have cost about $850 - $900 to replace. So I looked for a different solution. The Spal 11" fans have the same O.D., but with a few "warts" that needed to be removed. Their big advantage is their cost - $195 on the doorstep .

New fans installed.
